Growing up in West Texas, Lora always felt a strong desire to help others and serve her church and community. Her purpose became clearer as she began caring for family members living with dementia. As a natural caregiver, her career path led her to become a CNA, working in nursing facilities and hospitals. She also had the opportunity to work with seniors as a Life Enrichment Specialist. Recognizing a significant need in her daily interactions with families navigating the challenges of dementia, she took steps to become certified with PAC™ to assist and educate her community, facilities, families, and those living with dementia.

Joey grew up in a family deeply rooted in the Oil and Gas industry, starting his career in high school and eventually becoming a sales manager for a leading service company. He is passionate about helping others, whether it’s his family, church, or colleagues. Intrigued by the psychological aspects of sales, he developed a keen interest in dementia care and education, inspired by his wife’s influence.
